Comment: My 4 year old daughter loves this book. She wanted me to read it immediately again after hearing it the first time. It is a great story about honesty and integrity.

Summary: A beautiful book with a wonderful lesson!!
Comment: This is one of my favorite books to read with my two and three year olds. It is beautifully done, with a wonderful lesson/moral to the story. It is true to the Chinese tradition of story telling to help educate. In a warm embrassing tone, the book moves the reader to understand the importance of truth and honesty in everyday living.

Summary: wonderful for all ages
Comment: I purchased this book for my daughter even before she was born. Even after working in a children's bookstore for several years, and seeing every new release, this continues to be one of my top ten favorite's. It has a wonderful message about honesty without being preachy. Demi has grasped the consept that the moral of the story need not be obvious, children understand a lot more than most authors give them credit for. The illustrations are well done and provide a nice backdrop. The bonus is of course, that adults enjoy reading it as well.
