Summary: understanding your anger
Comment: I read this book primarily for two reasons. I am a nursing student and I have to do a review on this book, as well examine this book for myself. I thought this book had realistic ideals on how people handle their anger as well as what we feel. When it came to discussing the ABC's of anger it left me in a stump. When you write a book you should in lamins terms explain everything as if the audience has no clue in what you are talking about. I believe that in this book they wrote it as if we knew exactly what he was pointing out when in reality it was confusing. It helps there again point out views but it doesn't really lay it out in fine print on what to do with your emotions, and feelings of anger.

Comment: The authors present both an overall framework for controlling anger and a multitude of specific techniques you can use. This very practical book is written in a much more modern style than most of Ellis' previous books. If you want results and are willing to work for them, order this book--and start working. These methods work!
