Summary: The Complete Makeup Artist Book written by Penny Delamar
Comment: There are step by step photographs in this book that are truly amazing; as a whole it is a comprehensive assembly of all the information that a makeup artist needs and is essential both for the novice and professional. The author makes the point that the makeup in 'Gone with the Wind' was designed for a 1930s audience. The website for the author's training school (the make-up centre.co.uk) claims Oscar nominees amongst her graduates; this is the info they started with.
