Summary: Excellent " how to " and " why" cookbook for managers
Comment: Managers, entrepeneurs, ceo s , cfo s, and consultants will appreciate this book as a prac- tical and well-explained series of methods for creating and implementing gain sharing and/or variable pay programs. More than any other book on the subject this will be a clear explana- tion of gain sharing and variable pay. It is clear, well-written, concise and yet far reaching in its analysis and down to earth examples of what has worked and what has not worked at places that have tried gain sharing management.
