Comment: This book is organized alphabetically, by parliamentary phrase. If you are new to parliamentary procedure, or unfamiliar with correct parliamentary jargon, this will not be of much help.

Supposedly, this organizing style will help the user during a meeting to quickly locate relevent material, but by breaking up procedure, the reader will actually be pointed to several 'see also' topics in different parts of the book.

Riddick may be offering a better procedural model, but it is entirely up to the reader to piece the model into a unified structure.
