Summary: Best AutoCAD book ever written, period!
Comment: I've had several AutoCAD books but none of them compare to Maximizing AutoCAD R13 by Rusty Gesner, Mark Middlebrook and Tony Tanzillo. The text is very easy to read and understand and includes clear and concise examples and screen shots. I am an experienced AutoCAD user and this is now my AutoCAD bible. The only problem now is I can't wait to get my hands on Maximizing AutoLISP which has been delayed to include Release 14. Excellent job guys
Rating: 5
Summary: Excellent Book for R13c4 customization and productivity
Comment: I had very little experience with AutoLisp or AutoCAD programming, but now I am progframming the new accellerator keys and assigning our old R12 AEC lisp routines to the new toolbar feature.
This book comes with a CD that creates a developer's environment and guides you through the maze of methods for ACAD customization that now exist and brings you up to speed on the prevoius versions .lsp, .mnu and .pgp file usages which are still supported.
This is an excellent book
