Summary: OK text but index too "busy"
Comment: Why ruin a good, useful book with an index that is overkill? Workform knowledge does not belong in the index. I am capable of using a Table of Contents!

Summary: helpful book but index too cluttered
Comment: This is definitely a topic to be reckoned with in libraries and this book deals with it successfully. The problem of an over-cluttered index patronizes the user. An index is so important and this one has too many of the "workform" terms from the text not only insulting the user, but reproducing the Table of Contents.
