Summary: The BEST intro for new and growing Christians
Comment: I cannot reccomend this book enough. It is an amazing study and a wonderful tool for growth in the faith. In fact, even if you have been a Christian for a long time it's still great - it's divided into sections that focus on particular areas of the faith. It's VERY readable. I seriously can't say enough. Get it. For yourself or in bulk for others. I've learned SO much from this Bible. I've grown so much thanks to its information and inspiring articles, devotions, and study guides. There are even random essays on "Big Questions" that deal with tough examinations of difficult topics in Christian theology. It's so great. I really hope that you get it. If you got the cash, spring for the entire New Believer's Bible. That has even more to offer in addition to the Old Testament. Don't feel like it's too basic for veterans either. EVERYONE can benefit from this WONDERFUL edition of God's Word!!!

Comment: This is an excellent gift for seekers. It is small enough for them to carry everywhere and cheap enough to give away to church visitors.
I received this book (along with another excellent one: A Search for the Spiritual by James Emery White) as a gift and within 5 pages this book had answered one of my biggest questions and had removed one of the biggest barriers that kept me from beliving that I could be a Christian.
