Summary: A view into the past
Comment: A very interesting (and fun) read - while Marsteller's experiences are understandably dated (he died some time back, and many of the pieces in this book go back to the 60s and 70s), I found this to be a fascinating view into the thought processes that guided management in the pre-Internet age. Much of it still seems to apply.
