Summary: A book who's title truely reflects it's contents
Comment: This book is the best quilting book I have found for both beginner and experienced quilters. One is carefully taken through block construction with helpful tips. The blocks range from easy to more complicated and the book is an excellent way to try new techniques and learn different methods of block construction. One can either make the sampler shown in the book or use the individual patterns to create their own quilts. One of the things I enjoyed the most, was the use of "filler" blocks to create a unified whole from blocks of different sizes.

Summary: The Best Introduction to Quilting Book
Comment: I must say that I have looked at lots of books on Quilting. But, this book is the best. I love how the two authors take their time to describe each detail carefully and accurately. The pictures are wonderful. The small block projects are easy and quick. I feel that in one hour I learned something by making just one block. If you know a friend that is interested in quilting this one is a good one to start looking at.

Summary: The Best Resource Quilting Book Available
Comment: I highly recommend this book, especially if you know the basics about quilting, but would like help on specifics. The pictures and directions are clear and to the point. There were many aspects of quilting that I didn't know, even after 16+ years of quilting. A fantastic book!
