Comment: I received this as a gift and found only one dish in it that didn't make me feel sick just from its description. The kind of stuff in this cookbook can be easily found in a carnivore cookbook - quiche, fritatta, burritos. If they'd had a little more imagination and dedication - the entire book seems hurriedly put together - it would have been much better.
