Comment: This book gives you the vital information you need to perform your duties as a first responder as well as showing security and safety managers what is expected of them also. The information is given in bite size chunks so as to aid in the retention of the material. The pictures and tables are very helpful in getting the key ideas across. The case studies of both the Oklahoma and first WTC attack are noteworthy for their detail. If you are responsible for the safety of persons or a first responder this is one book you should read and take to heart.
