Summary: A very easy introduction
Comment: This is one of the excellent introductory books on quantum field theory. It has approximately the same style of Mandel's book but with a more clear presentation. The only missing thing in this book is that it does not have any path integral treatment of field theory but still covers a good part of the subject. I strongly recommend it for a bigenner.
