Comment: Claire Cloninger and Laura Barr have written a powerful "little" book about being "Faithfully Fit"....I began reading it each day and 17pounds later I continue to "reread" it....just wish it was for 365 days of the year. I learned so much about how to change my thinking. Not only on the foods I choose but also how God looks at us as "whole" people - body, mind and spirit. I highly recommend this book for motivation and "correct thinking" in acheiving the "Temple" God desires for us.

Summary: Faith, fun and fitness - and success!
Comment: So, you think you can make me and my 5 fellow weight loss class chunky's enjoy themselves while fighting back the fat? Fat chance, we said. Then, we read this book! A collective 60+ lbs later, we, in our newfound size 6,8 & 10 joyful bodies are still chuckling and re-reading this wonderful book. "Faithfully Fit" contains scripturally based curricula including anecdotes, daily steps and tasks, and tools for real change for health and true fitness. If you don't read this book, you are missing an opportunity to change your life. "Faithfully Fit" is a permanent fixture in my kitchen!
