Summary: Believe it or not....
Comment: This is quite a nail-biter! Admitedly, you may need to be a Philadelphian to have a true appreciation of this book, but it is an extremely fascinating insight into the factors that helped shape this great city. This slim volume puts a very human and understandable face on what now seems like an absurd question.... If we filter sewage out of the water, would that keep people from getting ill?
