Comment: After reading this book from cover to cover and following all the suggestions, I went to a personal injury attorney and found out that this book is "generic" and doesn't apply to all cases, everywhere. All the time I put into it and none of it applied to me.

Comment: Easy to read but not as comprehensive as the information provided on the SettlementCentral.Com (http://www.settlementcentral.com) website for example. This book is better than the Dan's Baldyga one, but lacks on some areas such as subrogation, or negotiation with attorneys. Demand letters are not detailed to the nitty-gritty. Dog bite, auto accident and slip and fall personal injury claims are better explained on specialized personal injury online websites such as www.settlementcentral.com.
If you think you can do-it-yourself or teach yourself how to do your personal injury claim reading this book, you are mistaken.
