Summary: Not for those unaquainted with the Old English language
Comment: This is not the most well-organized Old English Grammar in existence, but it does serve a certain purpose. There is a wealth of information and interesting tid-bits of philological lore, but it is not an introduction to the language by any means (just a warning). Those who do have an understanding of the language would do well to own it, at least for reference purposes, but there are much better and more concise grammars available.
