Summary: A concise guide to Vitamins and Minerals
Comment: The theme of the book is highly commendable. There are two parts in the book; part I gives a good summary of the different vitamins and minerals for health and part II provides information on therapeutic prescriptions for healing.

Throughout the book, numerous clinical research are cited to support various nutritional claims. The inclusion of some interesting columns such as the "Using Vitamins/Minerals Safely" column in part I and the "Food Factors" plus "Prescription for Healing" columns in part II provide a good source of background information for the topics discussed in each Chapter.

Overall, the book is thoroughly enjoyable to read and is definitely a good source of reference that deserves to sit on everyone's bookshelf. It would nevertheless be complete if the author could inform the readers more ways to obtain the various important vitamins and minerals through the consumption or prepartion of NATURAL FOOD than taking the manufactured supplements, though this aspect has already been lightly touched upon by the author in part I of the publication.
