Summary: Most thorough book on eating the best natural foods ever!
Comment: This is the most thorough and natural book on eating the best foods for health and healing that I've ever read; and I have read many of them. This is in no way a diet book for weight loss, but a book about eating naturally to prevent or cure whatever is bothering you/your system. It is simple to use--just look up your problem, and you will get a specific food to eat to combat it based on the Edgar Cayce readings(the health readings are well-documented and the cures proven effective as evidenced by the letters written back to Edgar Cayce from thankful and thrilled adults and children who were cured whose evidence can be found in other Cayce material). If you can find this book, buy it immediately. It is an excellent reference book for any library.
