Comment: James Stephen Behrens is more than a Trappist Priest; he is quickly becoming a Trappist Proust.

Plumbing his earlier life, he finds large truths in small events. Recalling the death of his brother, or friendships forged long ago, he weaves word portraits that are vivid and vital, with insights that will open your eyes, and your heart.
