Sahelian discusses the history of pregnenolone research, safety aspects, how it affects the brain and its possible therapeutic applications in a variety of physical and mental dis-ease states. Very thorough but easy to understand. Discusses side effects, dosages and how the hormone interacts with nutrients and medicines. His description of his own pregnenolone experience is very interesting. Very helpful glossary and references. A fascinating read for those interested in the latest research on well-being, nutrients, and anti-ageing.
