Summary: Great book!
Comment: We have been to, and will be relocating to, Provence. We are therefore attentive to books on the regional cuisine. We own three books devoted specifically to Provencal cooking. This one is clearly the best of the three. We use it at least once a week, and have never been disappointed. We arte it a 9 only because there may eventually be a better one. 8'
