Summary: Interesting Work
Comment: The clash of two diverse cultures and the military drive to unite all the islands serves as the backbone of this historical novel. From the opening paragraph it holds you and brings you into a story about a land and time of which many know very little. Being from the mainland, I was one of those before this work. Although I am not sure of all the historical accuracies I still found the storyline fascinating. There are some explicit situations, so it would not be suitable for all. This book is easy to read and engaging. It could make a great movie.
