Comment: Immersion by James R. Whitley is a consummate compilation of contemporary poetry. Mr. Whitley is truly a sophisticated poet with a "total" eye for his craft from his sensual poetry cover to his emotive and, at times, autobiographical pieces he lets his readers experience. His work touches a personal and intimate chord. I thoroughly enjoyed this poetry book and recommend others to indulge and even "immerse" themselves in his vision.
