Summary: Nice Little Comapnion Book
Comment: This was originally titled "The AA Way of Life", but was later changed because the book was the veiwpoint of only one man - Bill Wilson. There is a lot of plain basic common sense and wisdom in these snippets gleaned from years of Wilson's writings. It's not bad for use as a reflective reader for daily meditation/contemplation.

Summary: As Bill, the depressive adulterer Sees It
Comment: Bill Wilson, founder of the currently controversial "recovery" program of Alcoholics Anonymous, suffered from severe depression, had a terrible womanizing habit and experimented with LSD during his "sobriety". I find it amusing that his "wisdom" is read in 12 step meetings, so others may follow in his footsteps. Hey, not everything he has to say is bogus, but some of it is dangerous self-esteem smashing soul poison. Hope those poor broken drunks can somehow separate the wheat from the chaff.
