Comment: A friend told me about this book and how it changed the way in which she communicates with people, but I was a little skeptical. I finally broke down and bought the book...and all I can say is SENSATIONAL!! A month ago, I went on a 2-week cruise with my boyfriend. The airline lost his luggage until the last day of our cruise! When we returned, I called the airline, and using the points and suggestions from this book, I got 100,000 free flyer miles, 10 first class upgrade coupons, and the cost of the clothes that we had to buy to replace those the airline misplaced for one week!
