Summary: A lifesaver with great suggestions on "how to say it"
Comment: This book has lots of great letters for nearly every situation. I have used a lot of them (with slight modifications) for personal situations like dealing with poor customer service, in addition to work dilemnas. My family sent me their copy of this book and my brother complains that sending the book out of the state was the worst mistake they ever made. I plan to surprise him with his own copy. Highly recommended to make difficult situations easy - just type up a great letter and mail it! Voila, problem solved.

Comment: I've been a secretary for 10 years. A co-worker recently shared this book with me. It has made my life so much easier. The index is categorized by title, and the presentations of these letters are viewed in a mini letter version. Since I am a visual learner, this book is less intimidating than just a text version module. Thanks
