Summary: Very, very useful - a must-have for all women.
Comment: This book has been a very helpful guide for nutrition and beauty care. Everyone I have lent it to has gone out and bought her own copy. However, I do think that too little attention is paid to the special needs of women of African descent. For example, I would have appreciated something on the effects on the scalp of chemically straightening the hair.
