Summary: excellent guide for anyone attempting to change public
Comment: I received this book as a review copy years ago in a newspaper office, and it has served in good stead through careers in government and consulting. "There is no shortage of money, only different priorities...You can't teach a person anything unless he already knows it (but lacks the confidence to act on change.)" This book is a bible and a comfort to those trying to effect change and enlighten large or small groups . I have purchased several copies for friends over the years.
