Summary: SEEK (Self Esteem Enhancement Kit)
Comment: The author hits a bullseye with this book. I am using the SEEK book to help my teen navigate through some tough times. I don't always have the answers for him but the SEEK book gives me the map that I need and helps me function as his coach. It constantly reminds me that I too was once a teen and also helps raise my awareness of the unique challenges that teens and young adults face today.

Thanks to this book, I have learned new techniques for effectively communicating with my son. It really does reinforce the notion that the key is helping your teen build self-esteem.
