Summary: Realistic portrayal of yelling, feeling bad, and making up
Comment: My three-year-old son loves this true to life book. What mother hasn't yelled at her child? We need stories that help children learn to cope with the emotional turbulence that is part and parcel of caring for young children, balancing career and family, etc., etc. This story fills that need and helps mom and child reconcile and grow together. Emotions aren't swept under the rug in this book.
