Comment: ...she bought it for the Cowboy Caviar recipe alone (Cowboy Caviar is a recipe for a salsa type dish - no real caviar - just SOOOO GOOD)! Also, the Chili Blanco is TO DIE FOR! I love the way the recipes are grouped into seasons, but any of the recipes could be used any time of year. This book has everything from the recipes mentioned above to flavored butters, delicious margaritas and roasted chicken with rosemary. This is the best cookbook I have ever seen.
