Comment: This book is good for beginners as it patiently and clearly explains not only how to cite but also the reasons why. Moreover, through the exercises, it makes sure you learn how to cite, it does not merely show you how to. And because it explains the legal system, the book may be valuable in legal research as well. However, some (more detailed) kinds of citation are not available. It is not exhaustive as the real thing (the Blue book) and there are no quick indices to anything so if you suddenly have to review a particular citation, you have to know exactly where it is.
