Summary: Lots of practical advice. Stuff you can use immediately.
Comment: This book is not a huge book on management which will give you lots of theories. Instead, it is a down-to-earth easy to use book. It is sort of like "Dale Carnegie" books, but geared for budding managers. It gives you simple and common-sense rules and tips, which you can actually use without having to have a Ph.D. or MBA. Anyone can use it and find gems of advice in it. Read the book once and then keep as a constant companion. Use it again as you get into a tough spot at work.

Comment: I am already a manager, and alot of the advice in this book I completely agree with. I also enjoyed Oz's casual style, and Palvia's witty cartoons.
