Comment: This could be an outstanding book but often lacks depth. Anytime a detail is left out (ie. the formula for moving up to a different condition level) the book hints that the reader may want to consider other books or Hubbard Seminars/Consultations in order to find out the information. This book mainly whets your appetite, but leaves you still hungry for more meat. Don' depend on this book to be the answer to completely following the Hubbard strategy for business management.

Comment: My husband uses the management techniques in his business. They make a lot of sense and help him to put order into his daily work.
With lots of illustrations, the ideas presented in the book are easy to understand.
