Summary: Easy to read & understand, especially for first-timers
Comment: Friends and family actually think I've campaigned before, when all I've done is study Ms. Golden's book! This book has been a fantastic resource for me, who, even with two co-managers (fellow rookies) helping out with my first campaign, is taking on alot of the management tasks. You'll have a lot of details to attend to during your campaign; this book has tables and end-of-chapter summaries to help you avoid dumb mistakes and keep your campaign machinery humming.

If time is short and an organized campaign is essential, then so is this book.
