Summary: A marvelous collection of very well-written creepy stories.
Comment: What a gem!! I have read, and re-read, these stories over the last several months and still find myself either chuckling or looking over my shoulder after dark. The story of how this collection came to be is almost as fascinating as the works themselves. I would love to meet these creative and fun people. Anyone who has ever been spooked, scared or gets a thrill out of horror films will love the entertainment value of this book. It is a combination of coffee table and bedside reading. Pick up a copy when it comes out in September of 1998 and then tell your fiends (excuse me, friends) all about it.

Summary: Purely magickal.....a Cauldron of fun.
Comment: This book is a Halloween "Classic"! Any one who is young at heart and still wonders about those things that go "bump" in the night, will be entranced by these briliant stories about the most Magickal and Special Holiday of the Year. Each story holds its own...and just like Halloween night itself, the tales will sneak up on you and grab your imagination...

Summary: False Advertising
Comment: I detested this book. There is nothing of Harvest Tales nor Midnight Revels in it, only one nihilistic depressing story after another. There are four poems that were ok and two stories that were ok, the rest was just road kill. The stories are utterly disconnected from the title of the book. I really really do not ever want to go to a party where such tales are read. Bletch.
