Comment: Since I have become an avid crafter and enjoyed selling some of the items I have made with my own hands, this book has given me a tool by which to expand my craftyness all over the place. I was introduced to this book by a wonderful woman who has been weaving baskets for 20+ years, Melissa. She moved out of our area and left the book behind me to enjoy the pleasures of people raving over works I created. It is a great tool for those who need a place to start. There is just one downfall, no fault of the publisher, not all events in your state are listed. Too bad for them!!! However, you can find out how to register and get involved by the little known publishings your area puts out. On a wider scale, if you are traveling you can plan a trip and make some dough and possibly write the expense off. This is a great book.

Summary: Everything you need to know to find the perfect shows
Comment: This book contains the location, dates, application deadlines, expected attendance,booth price,size of booth,who the show is geared to, if there is a fee for the public to get in the show, how many booths there will be, if there will be food or not, and what else will be going on at the show such as parades, games, entertainment,ect. The BEST book I've ever found to plan sucessful shows to participate in. You WILL be happy with this book. I am eagerly looking forward to the 2001 edition!
