Summary: A WONDERFUL Recipie for Spiritual Awakening!
Comment: I LOVE this book! It's clear, concise, beautifully written, easy to read, and entertaining. Jerry Bartholow gives the reader all of the ingredients necessary for living a life filled with peace, love, and joy. He makes spirituality both simple and fun. Like Ram Dass' immortal "Cookbook for a Sacred Life" published as part of BE HERE NOW in the early 1970's, this wonderful book lays it all out . . . but in contemporary language that is both easily understood and fully accessible to everyone. I'd gladly call it, "The BE HERE NOW for the New Millenium!" It's one of those rare treasures you want to carry with you and read over and over. I predict it will become a classic! And I've already recommended it to many people who have thanked me profusely.

Comment: The "recipe" explains in simple, entertaining language (Bartholow likes to play with words) how to balance your life in a variety of areas: mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, physical...it's all covered. Chef Jerry offers concrete actions to take and gives insights to new ways to react to the stresses of our lives...all in the name of Peace.

I was impressed by the endorsements this book received from some of the "master chefs" of the Peace business (Neale Donald Walsch, Alan Cohen, James and Salle Redfield, to name just a few).

The relaxation and meditation techniques on the CD which comes with the book are like having your own personal meditation teacher wherever you are, and if you follow the recipe, you'll find it easy to bring yourself to a state of peace in even the most trying of circumstances.
