Summary: Beautiful book.
Comment: This large book is an interesting conglomeration of information. It has some dated information, being that it is a first edition, and was published in '89. There are bright tidbits of insight in breeding/raising/owning endangered and the not so endangered parrots. If I have one complaint, it is that for all of it's weight, it is light on graphics. Actual photograph's of these birds in the wild, and in collections around the world would have been a wonderful addition.
