Summary: Incredible Book
Comment: This book literally helped me revolutionize the way I do business as a religious leader. Because of the controversial nature of my ministry (I'm the founder of the largest religious organization touching the lives of gays, lesbians, bi and trans people in the world) I needed help especially in dealing with the press to get my message over. This book absolutely told me how I could speak to any issue and stay on target about the issues I have tried to explain to the American public. My hat's off to Ian Taylor and George Olds for the information that is contained between the two covers of their book. I highly recommend this book for anyone

Summary: Simply. the best
Comment: I happened upon this book by chance whilst on a trip to Toronto. Media relations is part of my job as a local authority worker in UK, so I thought I'd buy it even though I questioned myself as to whether it could be 'translated' to this country. How wrong I was! Having come to terms with the jargon and the examples, it's become my bible - both for my own use and in training sessions for colleagues. If only it had been around when I was starting out! Thanks you, Ian and George, no-one who speaks to the media for a company, local authority or government department should be without it.

Comment: A simple read with profound information. This book uses great metaphors and analogies to illustrate its points. Using possible futuristic scenarios, the content is not only informative, but entertaining and captivating. We need more books on this important subject.
