Summary: Very Informative and Helpful
Comment: Although I probably do not have spasmodic dysphonia as described in the book, I do have a problem speaking at times. I have found by reading this book that some possible causes are breathing related. This book gave me some helpful breathing exercises along with some voice exercises. Both have helped immensely.
