Summary: See his new edition with Spanish translations
Comment: What a great book! The edition with Spanish translations is perfect. It is called Preparing for the TOEFL Writing Test by the same author. It gave me all kinds of help in my own language, like having a bilingual teacher telling me HOW to write in English and explaining the grammar in the sentence correction questions. Bueno!!! I think there is an edition with French and Arabic translations and explanations, too.

Summary: Exactly what I needed
Comment: This is totally complete-it has grammar, writing strategies, and all the extras that tell you HOW to write and WHAT to write. Any reviewer that says otherwise needs to go back and take English 1. The book is set up to go straight to the patterns, grammar, or the parts of the essays you need to know for the writing portion of the test. The font looks fine to me...I'd spend the money again for another 6.

Comment: All my questions were answered in this book. Most books either give the grammar or the essays. This book has it all. I scored a 6 on the essay. And it is thanks to following the advice in the book.
