Summary: Have one... Love it...Cheaper on this Website
Comment: I bought one of these at the beginning of the year from Boarders. It is cheaper to buy them on Amazon. I love my journal and came here to get another one! Yes, it is FAUX leather look - it says that in the title so I'm not sure why other customers are surprised by this. I like this journal because it is sturdy and the front flap is magnetic and keeps the pages from warping.

Summary: NOT as advertised!
Comment: This is just a cheap cardboard and paper journal. No leather. No pouch. The "faux" look is cheesy, at best. Very disappointed in the product and in Amazon's misrepresentation of it.

Summary: I would buy this item again!
Comment: I gave this journal as a gift. It is very sturdy, magnetic close flap, good quality pages. I love the worn leather look. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it did not have the memento pouch as advertised (or at least I could not find it). But I would definitely buy this item again - pouch or no pouch.
