Rating: 5
Summary: Muscle Mass map
Comment: Super map to putting on real muscle size.

Rating: 2
Summary: Not enough bang for the buck
Comment: A lot of the information you find in this book can be found by simply searching the Internet. It's really very basic: drink lots of water, focus on compound exercises, get plenty of rest etc. What I found to be severely lacking was a detailed description on how to perform some of the exercises. I suppose I would recognize the exercise if they had at least provided a picture, but not all the exercises were photographed. For example, one routine recommended doing a clean and jerk and I hadn't the slightest clue how to do it. I was left substituting a clean and press in its place.

What do you expect to get for a book that's only 64 pages long? I know I was expecting something worth the $ cover price! Luckily, I only spent a couple dollars at a bargain book store. It's really not that bad if you can buy it at a discount. However, if you are seriously contemplating purchasing this book at its hefty retail price when for a few dollars more you can get a book by Schwarzenegger, Sisco, etc. then you should really have that head examined.

Rating: 1
Summary: Not much of a book.
Comment: A 64 page book probably could contain lots of useful training and nutrition information, in principle. But half the book is devoted to pictures of pro bodybuilders. The information on training and nutrition that is provided is pretty superficial. I was not impressed and don't recommend this book at all. I recommend _Lou Ferrigno's Guide to Personal Power, Bodybuilding_, and Fitness, which has detailed sections for hard-gainers and beginners.
