Summary: Practical NLP Selling Skills
Comment: I just got this book and have been studying it like crazy to apply the NLP techniques in it to help me gain appointments by using the telephone. Though I'm not in an industry where I have to sell over the phone - such as stockbrokers normally do - still I find using the phone to be a POWERFUL tool and highly under-utilized! Thus far the ideas presented in here have helped me gain 7 new appointments this week! THAT's impressive!
