Summary: Delicious and exotic chicken recipes!
Comment: This is one of the best books for international chicken recipes. The pages are filled with exotic offerings and the recipes often call for unusual ingredients, so it's not for the timid. My results for the Lemongrass Chicken and Coconut Chicken were absolutely fabulous (although I did omit ingredients that were not at hand). Many of the recipes are accompanied by mouth-watering photos to inspire you when choosing amongst the variety of dishes. My only gripe is that some of the Indonesian and Thai recipes look to be mere variations on each other. But in summary, I'm looking forward to trying more of the recipes in this book.
