Summary: If you're going to write a brief, this is where you go.
Comment: Okay, if you're a law student, you've probably been tortured by writing an appellate brief. You may also have been tortured by having to read or watch Judge Aldisert's Logic for Lawyers. If you were tortured by Logic, don't be scared, this book is much more accessible. Whether you love or hate appellate work, this book will hook you up every time. Judge Aldisert is a smart, smart man and knows what he's talking about. Buy this book or live at the library reading it.
