Comment: The book is already eight years old, and during the those eight years the laws have considerably changed. For anyone buying the book, it would be a good idea to see what laws have changed or else they may be in for a nasty surprise. The book consists of 154 pages. The main text of the book is about 102 pages. There are seven intro pages and the remaining pages are various laws in each state and Canada in 1993. The table of contents leaves a lot to be desired as there are no

categories of related drunk driving issues, rather the whole 102 pages is questions and answers. There is some decent information in the book though, so I would not rate the book a complete failure. I must give one warning though: there is one selection of information that several law professors disagree with. The way the author puts it, makes it not completely inaccurate, but it can be very dangerous if you follow that one piece of advice and the state you live in is a more lenient state than other states. My recommendation would be to buy a more up to date book, but if you want a few laughs or are a law student the book might catch your interest. My last opinion on the book is that with the information given the book could have been a lot shorter, and that there is to much medical information, more than what the average Joe off the street would want to know.
