Comment: Never would I have imagined an audio tape could make such a tremendous difference in my life. Listening to this tape for just a few weeks, I find my appetite decreased--absolutely no need for snacking between meals. Even when I prepare desserts, I don't eat them. Absolutely amazing!!!
